  Thank you for your professional caring team in the recent death of our Mother, Henrietta Sharp. Especially for Reed Atchley and Doug McFalls. The whole team there helped to make a very difficult event in our lives transition with grace and dignity (even in a serious winter storm). We will always remember your help and kindness.   It's almost dark natured to say you loved a funeral home...no one wants to say goodbye to a loved one. However this family and the staff members here really help you through the process and are so kind and sensitive. One year apart to the day my husband lost both of his grandmothers and the staff here were really a godsend during our times of grief.
  
  They want above and beyond for me personally when I attended the service of a wonderful friend with my two young children along. My son had a little lovey he totes around everywhere. After I had been home from the service for a few hours we realized the tiny lovey which is no larger than a handkerchief was missing and that was the only place it could have been lost. I called them up and although there wasn't anyone at the chapels anymore, one of the staff members went back and looked for it, found it, and put it in the office for me to pick up the next day.
  
  I'm grateful our town has such a professional and wonderful service provider when a family is dealing with a loss. I cannot praise them enough.

  Have all my family at Acthleys. They performed great service. They were very kind. My dad thought that was the only place to go. He and his father and mother and my mother and her father and mother from years back.used Acthley's Keep up the good work.
